MYERS-BRIGGS Type Indicator

An introspective self-report questionnaire with the purpose of indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. The results of this assessment provide insight into preferred work environments, career components and work style along increased self-awareness.

DISC Assessment

Provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. Results can facilitate better teamwork, increase self-awareness, increase conflict management skills and leadership styles.

THOMAS KILMANN CONFLICT ASSESSMENT

Success in the workplace requires effectively managing conflict. Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) helps individuals better understand how they resolve inter-personal conflict while enabling them to refocus energy on building relationships and meeting shared business goals. I will work with you to identify your preferred method of dealing with conflict, and recommend appropriate ways to successfully manage interpersonal conflict.

Understanding your values is key to career fulfillment. Many times the cause of job dissatisfaction relates to a values conflict with the organization and/or it's employees including leadership. This worksheet identifies what's important to you in a career, your values and convictions critical to your future career path.
